I get it, I know that visiting a new salon may feel a little intimidating, especially if you're unsure of what to expect. To help make sure your first visit is as seamless and comfortable for you as possible I have compiled some helpful information to share with you.

As the owner and sole stylist at Adora Studio of Hair, I'd like to welcome you to my happy place. Adora Studio of Hair is a vision that came to life in 2016. I am so blessed to spend each day in the salon enjoying a career I am so passionate about.
I have been in this industry for over twenty years and I love it more and more every day! I take my ART very seriously and strive to make sure every guest who leaves my chair is happy and confident. Every day should be a happy hair day. I specialize in creating beautiful shades of blonde individually tailored to fit each guests unique needs.
What to expect
You'll recieve a text/email reminder confirmation 72 hours before your upcoming appointment. Please be sure to confirm so I know you will be coming.

Another appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, no action is needed on this reminder unless you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please arrive 2-3 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule for another time.
Parking is available both directly in front of the salon on Ludington Avenue (please tuck your mirror in, its a narrow path) or also in the parking lot directly to the west of the Stearns Hotel, as a business within the hotel, we are able to use the parking lot.
Please wait in your vehicle and text me when you arrive at 231-425-9099, I will let you know as soon as the salon sanitation is done and I am all ready for you.
Masks are currently not required in the salon but I am more than happy to wear one for anyone who would feel more comfortable with masks. I do have disposable mask available if you need one.
Sanitizer is available through out the salon and I sanitize all surfaces in between each appointment.
Please come alone to your appointment.
If you or anyone in your house is ill or has been exposed to covid please message me to reschedule for another time.
Please come to your appointment with clean dry hair. Clean hair takes color better. Root touch up sprays are especially difficult to color over and may effect the end result of your color.
Please avoid wearing clothing items that are bulky especially turtle necks and also clothes that you would be upset if they were to get hair color on them. It does happen and is sometimes unavoidable.
Please have some photos of colors and styles that you love as well some of things you don't love
This will really help me get an idea of your style as well as what looks you prefer to avoid.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
In order to provide the best possible scheduling option for all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel your hair session without giving enough notice, I miss the the opportunity to fil that appointment with someone on my cancellation list. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hour's notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service. An invoice will be sent out and will need to be paid before a new appointment can be booked. Additionally, continuously rescheduling appointments may result in dismissal from the salon.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days after your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Some times people may think they want to try something completely new to them and may decide that it was not the right look for them, if this happens it would be a time that a complimentary adjustment would not be applicable..
